George collaborated with the dss+ team on a high-stakes project looking at the substitution of conventional with sustainable construction materials. His market research was outstanding and his contribution to the project invaluable. He is a consummate team player who is flexible, has a great attitude, and takes initiative to go beyond what is asked of him. Coupled with his knowledge of the circular economy and construction sector and materials, George has proved to be a great contributor to our team. I would strongly recommend him for similar projects.

I directly managed George over a period of two years at the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, during which time he was an integral part of the team, supporting the delivery of two big pieces of work — The Upstream Innovation Guide and a Flexible Packaging strategy report. George was an excellent team member on both a professional and personal level. On the professional side, he is organised, self-sufficient and a critical thinker. During his time working at The Foundation he gained an excellent understanding of the circular economy and how it applies to the plastic packaging space. He is now well positioned to help organisations think about their plastic packaging strategy, and challenge and support them to implement an approach in line with the circular economy. He is able to communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders in this capacity. His hidden skill (which came in handy many times) is his understanding of visual design principles and his ability to use design programmes. He can create fantastic visuals for communicating content. On the personal side, George is a lovely person, and in particular an excellent discussion partner — he is always bringing a new point of view and interested in having open and interesting discussions. I would highly recommend working with George.
